[For anyone who wants to spar, Vin will be in the CES, having Clifford throw large objects into the air for her to fling coins at and shatter out of recognition. The air is full of falling ash, mist curling under her feet, but the trees and the land are green. She doesn't know what to make of it, and therefore doesn't think about it.]

[He might. Have already been in there. So he will just hop down from the ceiling and wait by the entrance for Vin to show up.]

[She's there in five exactly, breaking her usual paranoid habit of being early, but unfortunately she can't quite be damned at the moment. When she sees Peter, she watches him in silence for a bit before nodding.]

We're going to need more space to spar. [And she's off to the mats without another word u_u]

[Peter follows without complaining, although somewhat unfortunately, he apparently does not take silence as a suggestion to say nothing himself.]

You're from Kelsier's world, right?

[She glances over her shoulder.]

Yes. We knew each other. I didn't know you were close.

Not like, super close, but we knew each other.

Can you do what he does?

Yes. [She nods cautiously.] He . . . showed me what I was. He taught me.

Did you fight him?

[myresponsibility]

Not, like, regularly, but I kinda know what he's capable of.

And I'm pretty much a mutant freak so, I can take it.

[She raises her eyebrows at him, and out of nowhere flings a coin at top speed past his ear. Just to see what he'll do.]

[There's the familiar prickle at the base of his skull and - just like usual - his body moves more or less without him consciously deciding to do it. The coin zooms by without touching him and pings off the wall.

At least he's not on the ceiling??]

[If Vin was a normal person from Earth, she would totally be saying 'Cool' right now. As it is, she just gives him a small smile and pulls the coin back towards her.]

[Then she drops it on the ground and Pushes off of it, jumping from it to the bars of the nearest treadmill and crouching there. After a moment of watching Peter, she pulls the coin back to her and sends it shooting after him again, this time from the other direction.]

[It's still impressive to see other people use their powers, even if he's not really surprised by it anymore. This time when he dodges, he's a fair bit showier, almost cartwheeling out of the way.

And might wind up on wall. Sticking to it, as one does when you're a half spider mutant... thing.]
